Veritas Church began just under three years ago as a church plant to reach the residents of Decatur and students at Emory University. Once located in a rented space in the old Decatur courthouse, each gathering included putting out chairs, signs, and sound equipment.
Today, Veritas meets in the basement of an old church building at 5:30 pm on Sundays. There’s no more “taking down chairs” after every service.
As you travel westward on Ponce, just past Clifton Road, on the left, is an old church building. Veritas meets in the basement of this building.
