In Decatur's Beach Party, the sand is reserved for parents and kids (and there's barely room for all of them).
The adults without young kids are on the mall. It's great fun.
But, Midtown has a slightly different approach:
What if Decatur brought in 90 more tons of sand and made an adult beach to the west of the kid's beach, including a section with slightly wet sand for a sand castle contest?










It looks like the event above is mainly for adults only, while the Beach Party focus on the whole family.
