The Decatur Book Festival should probably be renamed the Decatur Media Festival, as it is expanding its scope well beyond printed books to all forms of communication, including music, printed media, blogs, and even social media networking.
A first this year will be a Blog Tent, where bloggers will be encouraged to set up their laptops (using supplied power) and connect (via Decatur WiFi or their favorite EV-DO device) and live blog about the festival as is ongoing.
