This blogger's 7-day weighted average weight is 169.8, the first time it's been in the 160s in the six months since weighing was resumed. [See weight chart, if interested.] It's dropped precipitously for four days, which is a bit concerning.  Goal weight is 167.5 (2.5 x height in inches), less than 3 pounds per day.  Food yesterday: Five St. Louis ribs with sauce. No significant exercise.
