It appears Michelle Obama insinuated that Gov. Sarah Palin is not "smart" in remarks she made to a fundraiser of Lesbian and Gay Activists in California. In the report below, you see that Obama spoke at the elitist gathering of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered (LGBT) leaders and activists and took a back-handed shot at Sarah Palin:
Regarding Barack's choice of Biden as VP, Michelle said:
“What you learn about Barack from his choice is that he’s not afraid of smart people.”
The crowd softly chuckled.
Barack Obama played stand-up comic today at a rally, leading the crowd to laugh at Sarah Palin because she is a "moose hunter." He clearly disrespects her and her accomplishments, and seems determined to try to discredit her by essentially making fun of her:
Palin's bio is "compelling," Obama said.
The crowd booed. "No, it's an interesting story." More boos. "No, no, it is. I mean that sincerely. Mother, governor, moose shooter."
The crowd broke out in laughter. "That's cool. That's cool. That's cool stuff," Obama said.
As the polls are showing, this strategy is not working for the Obama campaign.
Dealing with Sarah is Biden's job, but he's not doing it effectively.
