This can be attributed to nearly 6200 posts, many of which have  useful information.

A-C-E has a new format

A-C-E is gone to a single sidebar, to allow wider images (640 pixels, vs. 471 previously). It now has a less cluttered, more professional look (as some regulars have suggested in the past).

Please be patient as the left sidebar is gradually reordered.

All 6165 posts, along with their illustrations, links, and comments, are still here.

If you have trouble reading any color/size type against the colored background, please so comment, as this varies according to monitor settings and personal vision.

Yes, a few thousand web sites have that many page views, or more, in a day, but millions more never reached a million in their lifetimes.

It takes a while for a blog to build up steam. It took 39 months to reach a million, but only eight more months to reach 1.5 million.
