In February, A-C-E rolled past ONE MILLION PAGE VIEWS, accumulated over 3 years and 3 months. On 18APR2007, it passed 1.1 MILLION. On 15JUN2007, it passed 1.2 MILLION. On 13JUL2007, it passed 1.25 MILLION. On 06AUG2007, it passed 1.3 MILLION. On 16OCT2007, it passed 1.5 MILLION. Traffic has nearly doubled over the past six months. On 9 OCT 2007, just before it went to weekend-only posting, A-C-E was averaging 2000 unique visitors and 3300 page views per day. There are typically around three dozen people on the site simultaneously between Noon and Midnight GMT, and one to two dozen during the other 12 hours. As the graph below shows, the traffic has nearly doubled over the past year.
A-C-E is visited from all over the World, but the bulk of visitors are from North America and Europe. This map is fairly typical:
As much as ACE enjoys compiling this blog, it takes too much time better spent in more profitable or healthy pursuits. It's like running a cookie store and giving away the cookies, with only a small tip jar on the counter: often visited, but not economically viable. So, ACE has cut back to weekend posting only, effective 09 OCT 2007.
ACE hopes the information accumulated will continue to serve the information needs of all good people worldwide. We can get along, if some of us will learn to be more tolerant, and none of us are too power hungry or greedy.
