US & France agree on draft resolution

Fox News is reporting the US and France have reached agreement on a draft ceasefire resolution to take to the Security Council. It will be explained at 3PM EST.

Earlier reports indicated this could take well into next week. Bolton is good.

While Israel has greatly degraded Hezbollah, it has not delivered a knock-out punch. Hezbollah will spin this as a victory.

But, the rockets will stop, or Israel will be justified in going back in and kicking some more Hez butt.
