M107 achieves "full materiel release" status

Murdoc found an article stating the M107 (.50 Cal. semi) is now in "full materiel release" status. Previously, it was in "emergency materiel release" status.

"Doc" says the XM107 is now the M107.  I seem to remember the X was dropped some time ago. But, no big deal, one way or the other.
