Milbloggers War Photo Award

Michele Malkin (seizing upon a Mudville Gazette suggestion) proposes an award for the best war photos not chosen by the Pulitzer Prize (aka Pullet's Surprise) people, and suggests two of ACE's favorites (one of which was posted on A-C-E first among blogs and discovered here by MM, giving A-C-E a huge blip in readership for a few days).

Here's a submittal, illustrating  the mindless futility of the insurgency, which impedes the progress toward a free, stable Iraq and the withdrawal of occupying troops.

That rock should insure that vehicle doesn't drive away, eh?
