Zeliska 600 Nitro Express Revolver
There seems to be no limit to how big a revolver someone will build. This is a big one (almost as big as the fake .50 BMG revolver posted earlier). The case is 3 inches long and the cartridge overall length is 3.7 inches. The bullet is actually .620 inches in diameter, and is typically 900gr in weight.

It's was made to custom order by Pfeifer-Waffen of Austria. Here are the cartridge specs. (You can also order it in .458 Win Mag.)
UPDATE: Cryptic Subterranean has posted independently on the same revolver, and has a link to Security Page with another photo. The link to more info is not working for me. (And, I thank him kindly for the very strong endorsement of A-C-E.)
The misnamed 700 Nitro is actually only slightly larger, with a 3.17 inch case and a .630 diameter bullet (typically 1000gr). Might as well have a revolver in that. ;-) And, there are rumors of an 800.
UPDATE 10FEB05: Daniel E. Waters (firearm historian) found a link to a well-illustrated pdf article about the revolver in German (even if you can't read German, the photos are worth the linking).
If I'm translating the German in the sidebar block correctly, the revolver is 550mm long, 210mm high, and 69mm wide. The barrel is 335mm long. It weighs 6.5kg! (a kg is roughly 2.2 lbs). The cylinder holds 5 cartridges.
The final sentence in the article asks the question: "Who brings next the now really strongest and most powerful gun out, which lets the caliber of 600 Nitro express look old?"
